How to choose high-end products when leasing LED displays? High-end LED rental displays should have the following seven technical features: EMC optimized design, automatic correction, box status monitoring, dual cards, current sharing N+1 power supply dual backup, silent operation, intelligent brightness adjustment, and low reflectivity.
1、 EMC Optimized Design
In applications, LED rental screens need to operate simultaneously with multiple electronic devices. In order to avoid electromagnetic interference with each other, EMC optimization design is required for rental screens. For example, the PCB adopts technologies such as prick free wiring design, low interference wiring, multi-layer copper shielding, high and low frequency separation, and multiple processing of sensitive signals; More optimized circuit design, such as multiple filtering, pure power technology, etc; Multiple shielding EMC box structure design, etc., solve electromagnetic interference through the above design.
2、 Automatic correction
What is "auto correction"? It means storing the correction data on the module. Replacing the module, receiving card, and sending card does not require any debugging, and there is no need to resend the data. It can be used after powering on!
Traditional correction techniques such as "point by point correction" require professional personnel to operate and resend correction data to replace modules and receive cards; It is necessary to number each module, establish a folder to store the correction coefficients of the corresponding modules, and store them on a USB flash disk or mobile hard disk. Users need to save the module correction coefficients separately, and record the module numbers to make them correspond one to one; After replacing the receiving card or module, it is necessary to import the correction coefficient again. If the coefficient is not imported after replacing the module, a color patch will appear; If the user loses the correction factor, correction cannot be enabled.
Leased screens with "automatic correction" technology allow users to replace modules or receive cards without any debugging. The entire screen is the result of correction, free of color differences, color patches, and blurred screens. It only needs to be powered on to display the entire screen normally.
3、 Box state monitoring
The receiving card configured on the high-end rental screen can detect and monitor the box temperature, humidity, power supply, and fan signal line communication status, allowing on-site staff to control the box operation status in real time.
4、 Dual card, current sharing N+1 power supply dual backup
LED display screens are composed of a large number of boxes and electronic devices, and the inevitable failure rate of electronic devices has been troubling LED display screen users. Therefore, when some electronic devices on the LED screen fail, it is particularly important that the display screen can still work properly.
Dual card, dual power backup function backup is a solution for ensuring the reliability and stability of LED displays in highly demanding environments.
Dual receive backup mode, with one box using two receive cards. The two receiving cards work simultaneously and are in hot standby state with each other, automatically and seamlessly switching when any one of the signals fails, ensuring that the display screen works without any loss.
In parallel use of current sharing power supplies, the N+m backup method can be used to output larger power. In parallel systems, each current sharing power supply can share a smaller amount of power based on its share of power. When a single power supply encounters a failure or damage, other current sharing power supplies can continue to provide power to the system to work, improving system reliability.
5、 Silent operation
In some high-end applications such as museums, concerts, and press conferences, requirements for LED display screen noise require the use of low noise fans or fanless and low noise power supplies. Sometimes, to achieve this effect, higher requirements are placed on the power supply section
